I have completed my order – what happens now?

Thank you for your order! You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes – please check the Inbox of the email address that you used to order. If you log into your SO’VIE profile, you will be able to check your order status at any time. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking details.

Do you offer delivery in Austria and Europe? What about delivery fees?

Yes, our online store provides delivery of our unique sweets throughout Europe. Delivery in Austria: 5 € - FREE shipping on orders over 100 €. Delivery in Europe: 10 € - FREE shipping on orders over 120 €.

When will my order arrive?

We know you can’t wait to savour your premium pralines, which is why we aim to deliver your order within 2-3 workdays for Austrian and EU orders, and within 5-7 workdays for all other worldwide deliveries.

What should I do if there’s something wrong with my order?

Of course it doesn't have to be! Our packaging is specially designed to provide comprehensive protection for our chocolate creations. In addition, your order is carefully assembled, packaged and labeled as fragile so that the shipping staff can handle it with care. However, despite all these precautions, force majeure may occur. If you find that your product is damaged, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to solve the problem and replace it free of charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes – as soon as we have sent your order, you will receive the tracking details via email.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch with customer service for any changes to your order (product selection, delivery address, name, etc).

Can I place a corporate order?

Of course! We are also happy to arrange collaborations. Did you know that your chocolate boxes can be custom printed with a design or logo of your choice? Well, they can! Check our Service Page for more information, or contact us for a personalised offer.

How can I pay?

We support many convenient payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Klarna Online bank transfers and Apple Pay.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely. Your invoice will be sent to you via email after your order is complete. If you would like us to add any specific details to your invoice, please get in touch with us via email, or give us a call. Remember to have your order number ready!
